Unit Cooler(air-cooled evaporator), used in cold rooms or freezer rooms, we had designed many models of air coolers to satisfy your need.  Heat exchange capacity 1kw to 100kw, for cold room temperature 0 to 10C, -15 to -40C. Fin space 4.5mm, 6mm, 9mm.

1. Features of Roof-Mount Unit Cooler

CRYO has DL, DD, DJ series of cold room evaporators for different range temperatures needed.

DL air cooler for -5~+5 degree C, mainly used for chiller room.

DD for -15~-25 degree C, mainly use for freezer room.

DJ for -25~-40 degress C, mainly use for blast freezer room

  • Cabinet of magnalium steel, corrosion-proof
  • Fin space: 4.5mm, 6.0mm and 9.0mm
  • Refrigerant: R22, R404A, R507A, etc
  • Stainless steel heater, defrosting evenly

2. Features of Double-side Blow Evaporator

DHF Series Double Side Blowing unit cooler is always used in the processing plant workshop, which is soft air blowing and suitable for working inside.

By the suited temperature, it is divided into 2 series: L, D. suited for the room requiring 0℃, -18℃.

  • The shell is of aluminum and magnesium alloy plate, corrosion resistant, and beautiful outlook.
  • The coil is of a crossed-arranged inner screw copper tube, with high heat exchange efficiency.
  • Assembled with an axial fan, with double-side air-blowing, soft and low noise.
  • The electric heating tube of stainless steel is deployed inside the coil, having a good defrosting effect.

3. Features of Vertical Type Evaporator

Vertical Blast Freezing Air Cooler：

  • Models available with 2, 4, 6 & 8 Fans
  • Temp Ranging from -5 °C (Blast chiller) to -45 °C (Blast Freezer)
  • Fin spacing available from 4 mm to 10 mm
  • Cooling capacity ranging from 5 kW to 130 kW
