♦ Automatic Siemens Controller +Touch Screen: All the processes are automatic. If anything wrong with the machine, PLC will start emergency programs to protect the machine
♦ Hot gas deforsts: save energy
♦ Stainless steel SUS Material: anti-rust and anti-corrosion, also guarantee the food-grade of tube ice.
♦ Low Power Consumption: for producing 1 ton of tube ice, its consumption is 75 KWH ~ 80 KWH to make 1 ton ice.
♦ Tube Ice Evaporator (Steel Seamless Pipe): its top and bottom part was welded with quality joining, easy for ice harvest
Installation
1). Installing by the user: we will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts and operation manual are provided to guide the installation.
2). Installing by CRYO engineers:
- We can send our engineer to assist the installation and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineers.
- Before our engineers arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
Maintenance
To lengthen the lifetime of an ice machine and increase the efficiency for energy-saving purpose, a regular check on the ice machine is quite necessary. User is suggested to make a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly record of maintenance and servicing and a very detailed log of the damage servicing, so that servicing personnel can properly trace the failure history during trouble shooting process.
